1. 關於我們
「星伴 StarBuddy」（以下簡稱「本 App」）由 GCDM Limited（以下簡稱「我們」）開發及營運。我們致力於保護所有使用者，特別是兒童使用者及其家長的個人資料。
2. 我們蒐集的資料
為提供本 App 的訓練功能，我們會蒐集以下資料：
- 家長帳號資料：電子郵件、密碼（雜湊後儲存）。若使用 Apple / Google 第三方登入，則僅取得驗證憑證，不會取得密碼。
- 孩子檔案：由家長代為填寫的暱稱、年齡區間、性別。本 App 不要求、不蒐集孩子真實姓名、住址或學校資訊。
- 訓練紀錄：孩子在 App 中完成的訓練場景、選擇、回應時間、會話總長。這些資料用於生成訓練回報並調整下次訓練內容。
- 裝置資訊：裝置型號、作業系統版本、App 版本、匿名裝置識別碼（用於崩潰回報，符合 COPPA 規範）。
- 訂閱狀態：透過 RevenueCat / Apple In-App Purchase 同步的訂閱有效期，不蒐集信用卡或付款資訊。
3. 兒童資料保護（COPPA / 兒童及少年福利與權益保障法）
本 App 屬於 Apple App Store「兒童（5 歲以下）」分類，遵循 COPPA（美國兒童線上隱私保護法）及台灣相關法規：
- 所有孩子帳號必須由家長於 onboarding 時建立並同意條款後才能使用。
- 本 App 不向兒童投放廣告。
- 本 App 不要求兒童提供個人聯絡資訊（姓名、住址、電話、email）。
- 本 App 不向第三方銷售兒童資料。
- 家長可隨時透過 客服頁 來信要求查詢、修正、刪除孩子的所有資料。
4. 資料使用方式
- 提供個人化訓練內容（依孩子年齡、上次訓練結果調整）。
- 產生訓練回報供家長參考。
- 修復 App 錯誤（透過匿名崩潰回報）。
- 計算匿名使用統計，協助我們改善 App。
我們不會將您的資料用於廣告投放、第三方行銷、或出售予任何外部組織。
5. 第三方服務
本 App 透過後端代理整合下列第三方服務。所有第三方呼叫經由我們的後端伺服器，不直接從 App 連線：
- Supabase（資料庫與身份驗證主機）
- RevenueCat（訂閱狀態同步）
- Anthropic API（AI 訓練內容生成，透過後端代理）
- ElevenLabs / Azure Speech（語音合成，透過後端代理）
- Sentry（崩潰回報，匿名化）
- PostHog（使用統計，兒童模式下啟用匿名模式）
6. 資料保存與安全
- 所有資料以 HTTPS 加密傳輸。
- 資料儲存於 Supabase 啟用 RLS（Row Level Security）的雲端資料庫，僅家長本人可存取自己的孩子資料。
- 密碼以雜湊（bcrypt）儲存，工作人員無法明文取得。
- 當帳號刪除後，所有相關資料於 30 日內永久清除。
7. 您的權利
您可以隨時：
- 查詢我們持有您及孩子的所有資料
- 修正錯誤資料
- 刪除帳號與所有相關資料
- 撤回對 COPPA 同意（同時會刪除帳號）
請寄信到 support@starbuddy.app，主旨註明「資料權利申請」，我們會在 7 個工作日內回覆。
8. 變更通知
若本政策有重大變更，我們會於 App 內顯示通知，並透過註冊 email 寄發提醒。持續使用本 App 視為同意更新後的政策。

1. About Us
StarBuddy ("the App") is operated by GCDM Limited ("we", "us"). We are committed to protecting the personal data of all users, especially children and their parents.
2. Data We Collect
- Parent account data: email, hashed password. Third-party sign-in (Apple/Google) provides only authentication tokens.
- Child profile: nickname, age range, gender — all entered by the parent. We do not request real names, addresses, or school information.
- Training records: scenes completed, choices made, response times, session length — used to generate reports and personalize next session.
- Device info: device model, OS version, App version, anonymized device identifier (COPPA-compliant).
- Subscription status: synced via RevenueCat / Apple In-App Purchase. We do not collect payment details.
3. Children's Data Protection (COPPA)
The App is categorized under Apple App Store "Kids 5 and under" and follows COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act):
- All child profiles are created by a parent during onboarding after consenting to our terms.
- The App does not show ads to children.
- The App does not ask children for personal contact info.
- The App does not sell children's data to third parties.
- Parents may request access, correction, or deletion of all child data at any time via the support page.
4. How We Use Your Data
- Provide personalized training content based on age and history.
- Generate training reports for parents.
- Diagnose App errors via anonymized crash reports.
- Compute anonymous usage statistics to improve the App.
We do not use your data for advertising, third-party marketing, or sale.
5. Third-Party Services
The App integrates these services via our backend proxy — no direct calls from the client:
- Supabase (database + auth hosting)
- RevenueCat (subscription sync)
- Anthropic API (AI training content, backend-proxied)
- ElevenLabs / Azure Speech (text-to-speech, backend-proxied)
- Sentry (anonymized crash reporting)
- PostHog (analytics, anonymous mode enabled for Kids App)
6. Data Storage & Security
- All data transmitted over HTTPS.
- Data stored in Supabase with Row Level Security — only the parent can access their own child's data.
- Passwords hashed with bcrypt; no staff can read them in plain text.
- Upon account deletion, all data is permanently erased within 30 days.
7. Your Rights
You may at any time:
- Request a copy of all data we hold about you and your child
- Correct any incorrect data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Withdraw COPPA consent (this will also delete the account)
Email support@starbuddy.app with subject "Data Rights Request". We respond within 7 business days.
8. Policy Changes
For material changes, we will display an in-App notice and send a reminder to your registered email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
